Once our SHANGHAI transshipment team receives the booking, we will release the booking as soon as possible. The Thailand agent will follow up on the release of empty containers and send back the BK confirmation to the customer, along with other operational matters.

We only can take non-hazardous chemicals in TH, please provide the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) to our email arong@matson.com for approval before placing booking.

Any changes to the booking after release, such as container type, vessel name, voyage number, and other booking details, should be emailed to our Thailand agent and transshipment team, and we will follow up immediately.

• CY Cut-off Time: Open gate 5 days before ETD
• SI/VGM Cut-off Time: LCH ETD Tuesday/ cutoff Sunday before 23.59 HRS / SI and VGM cutoff Friday before 17.00 HRS

Before the container gets into terminal, customers must send the actual SI information and VGM data of the container via email to sakeerah@s-5.org; wasin@s-5.org and T/S team. This is required for further documents and other operational processes.

The AMS submission deadlines for the mother vessel are as follows

• CLX: Monday of the week following the feeder's departure from the local port
• MAX: Tuesday of the week following the feeder's departure from the local port

If any amendment to the SI data is required after the feeder vessel has departed, customer must provide the AMS LOI via email to the agent and transshipment team for follow-up.

The applicable amendment fees and charge standards are as follows:

• CLX: No fee if the amendment is made before Tuesday of the mother vessel departure week
  • From Tuesday until the vessel's departure, a $40 AMA fee will be charged.
  • After the mother vessel departs, a total of $40 AMA + $30 B/L amendment fee will be applied.
• MAX: No fee if the amendment is made before Wednesday of the mother vessel departure week
  • From Wednesday until the vessel's departure, a $40 AMA fee will be charged.
  • After the mother vessel departs, a total of $40 AMA + $30 B/L amendment fee will be applied.

We issue master through B/Ls after the mother vessel departs.

• Sea Waybills: Will be released by our Thailand agent S5 after verifying and settling all related charges.
• Original B/Ls:
  • The original B/L documents will be archived at our SHANGHAI office.
  • If a Telex Release is required, the customer must provide a Telex Release LOI, upon which we will proceed with the release and return a scanned copy.
